Conference Facilities

For conferences and meetings the Royal Chase is a venue widely praised for its professional, dedicated approach, faultless service and flexible facilities.

We have two versatile, air conditioned function suites, the Belmont and the larger Wessex suite which has a total capacity of 150. Both suites have partitioning facilities which enable you to choose a room to suit your requirements.

For more intimate dining the smaller, multi-purpose Wilton room is a natural choice.

We provide the complete back-up for a successful event, providing everything from a paperclip to an overhead projector.

Our Day Conference Tariff is £39.50 per person inclusive of VAT and includes:

Room hire, OHP, screen and flipchart
Morning tea and coffee with home-made shortbread
2-course hot & cold buffet lunch
