Christmas Eve
Monday 24th December 2007

From 15.00pm onwards

Afternoon tea will be served in the Belmont Suite.  Sit back, relax and enjoy homemade scones and sandwiches.

19.00pm – The Belmont Suite

Celebrate the start of the festive season by joining your fellow guests for homemade cocktails and canapés.

This will also give you an excellent opportunity to meet all of the team members who will be looking after you throughout your stay.

Please could you complete your continental breakfast card and hand it into Reception before you go down for dinner.

19.30pm onwards – The Wessex Suite

Your very own table will be allocated to you throughout your stay with us.

After dinner we have organised some entertainment for you.  Alternatively relax and unwind next to the log fire.

Christmas Day
Tuesday 25th December 2007

Breakfast will be delivered to your room at your chosen time. (when finished please place your tray outside your room).
Our Housekeepers will service your room between 9.30am – 12.00pm.  Please could you leave your ‘Room ready for service’ card on the front of your door.

Why not take a stroll down Gold Hill and through picturesque Shaftesbury to help you build up an appetite for lunch.  A sumptuous Christmas Lunch will be served in The Wessex Suite at 12.30pm.

"Guess the weight of the Christmas Cake" will take place in the Belmont Suite where the winner will receive a bottle of bubbly.

For those of you who still have room, there will be tea and homemade Christmas cake served in the Belmont Suite during the afternoon where the Queen's speech will be shown.

Between 19.00pm – 20.30pm there will be a delicious
buffet supper served in The Wessex Suite.  Spend the
rest of the evening relaxing by the cosy fire, enjoying
some festive drinks.

Boxing Day
Wednesday 26th December 2007

If you wish for an early start you can order continental breakfast in your room. Alternatively if you want to rise later our classic brunch style breakfast will be served in The Wessex Suite between 11.00am – 14.00pm.

Weather permitting and for those of you who are interested, we have a guided walk around historic Shaftesbury. The meeting point for this will be the Town Hall at 14.30pm.

Enjoy an entertaining and enjoyable fun quiz in The Belmont Suite at 16.00pm. Jacqui Heys, General Manager, will host this.

We will also have a selection of board games, puzzles and playing cards in The Belmont Suite.

In the evening gather with your friends and fellow guests to enjoy a drinks reception at 19.00pm in The Bar. Dinner will be served from 19.30pm in The Wessex Suite, followed by musical entertainment.

Thursday 27th December 2007

Before setting off on your journey home enjoy breakfast served between 8.00am – 10.00am in The Byzant Restaurant.
A continental and cooked breakfast will be available.

£60.00 supplement per night for sole occupancy

£55.00 per person, per night for Dinner, Bed & Breakfast staying nights before or after package

To guarantee the room we will require a non-refundable deposit of £50.00 per person.
